3cl Red Vermouth (e.g. Antica Formula)
3cl Campari
Orange zest or wheel
How to make
Fill a large vessel - ideally a mixing glass - with 5-6 ice cubes. Then add gin, Campari, and vermouth, stir for 30 seconds until chilled. Finally, strain into a tumbler with fresh ice, and garnish with orange zest.
