Gin Tonic Facts:

We know you found your favourite Gin, but have you ever considered what your favourite tonic water is? Here are some fun facts to consider for the next time you mix a perfect Illusionist Gin & Tonic:

Tonic – no less important than gin!
From fruity tonics, to simply sweet tonics, to dry tonics, there's a full range of options - because our gin is intense in flavour, we recommend "dry" tonics, or neutral so as not to compete with the flavour of gin.

Ratio is everything.
Some prefer a 1:3 ratio gin and tonic, but best practice is a 1:4 ratio. More bubbles, more nuanced, more refreshing. This is our perfect serve.

Selecting the right garnish makes all the difference..
The garnish you choose should only reflect what is already in the respective gin in order to elevate the existing aromas of your gin. In our case:
scrap the cucumber, and go hard on the citrus, rosemary or lavender!
