The Distiller's Edition 2023 is a celebration of the technicolour terroir and cultural tapestry of the south of France. Dive into the sun-kissed, vibrant fields undulating into the horizon in miraculous symmetry and experience a sensory journey guided three delicate heroes.

This year, we explored the legend of the Four Thieves Vinegar.

We draw our inspiration from cultural fables and fantasies, within the mysterious universe of the Illusionist and are rewarded with fascinating new means of experimenting with nature’s wondrous plant life. By exploring these stories, we are met with new avenues of inspiration, that cultivate our already curious minds, and bring us a new path of unexpected discoveries that few others embrace.

LE JARDIN SECRET

This intriguing story of the Four Thieves Vinegar is what inspired us to create this limited edition gin. We didn't just want to create a gin that was inspired by folklore, but one that truly captured the essence of the story and the magical botanicals that are associated with it. Through our collaboration with local herbalists, we were able to find a variety of botanicals reflecting the unique flavours and aromas of the Provencal landscape.

The aromatic perennial herb, Verbena, cultivated in the sunny expanse of southern France brings a distinctively citrusy and floral personality, boasting a warmer, sun-kissed essence compared to its global counterparts.

The iconic aromatic shrub grown in the sun-drenched fields of southern France delivers a balanced blend of minty, rosemary-like notes with subtle hints of sweet floral elegance, setting it apart from lavenders worldwide.

French wetland Calamus root is earthy and slightly spicy. It delivers a distinct and nuanced herbal essence that balances the otherwise citrus and floral complexion.
