The Espresso Martini, revamped.

Where most versions of this cocktail reach for vodka and call it done, we started over. The Sentinel Rum, our Caribbean blend dark rum, matured by sound, carrying warm notes of butter toffee, dark chocolate, ripe peach and dried fruits turns out to be what this drink always needed. Roasted coffee and dark rum speak the same language with warmth, complexity, and a depth that vodka simply doesn't have the vocabulary for. Salty caramel ties it all together by rounding the edges, adding body, leaving a finish that earns a second round.

Developed alongside Munich bartenders who've built their share of Espresso Martinis and who were equally tired of making them with vodka.

How to Serve

Combine 10cl with ice in a shaker. Shake until well chilled, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans. For extra foam, add 1-2 drops of Fee Brothers Fee Foam before shaking.
